The amino acid sequence used as the immunogen for this antibody is 100% homologous in human, 93% in dog and orangutan, 86% in chicken and 80% homologous in mouse and rat (isoform a). It is also 100% homologous in human ACP1 isoforms c and d. An uncharacterized 45 kD band is also seen and blocked by the immunizing peptide.
