ELISA plates (96 well) were coated with various peptides (Columns 1-7) and BSA (Column 8) at 0.5 µg/well. Samples were incubated with a Neuropeptide Y polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-24891) at a dilution of 1:5000 followed by detection using a goat anti-rabbit IgG-Alkaline Phosphatase secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:5000 with a PNPP substrate; Columns (left to right) 1.
