- Western blot analysis of TRPA1 in L929 cell lysate. Samples were transferred to PVDF membrane, blocked with 5% BSA (1 hour), incubated with TRPA1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-109320), at a dilution of 1:500 (5% BSA, 2 hours), followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP (1 hour) with a dilution of 1:5000.
