- Immunofluorescent analysis of DSN1 in HeLa cells fixed with 2% PFA using a DSN1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-34879) at a dilution of 1:1000 with 10% normal donkey serum in PHEM buffer. ACA is used as a marker for inner kinetochore.
