- Detection of human DCTPP1 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HEK293T and MCF-7 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DCTPP1 antibody A305-794A-M (lot A305-794A-M-1) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

- Detection of human DCTPP1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DCTPP1 antibody (Product # A305-794A-T; lot A305-794A-T-1) used for IP at 100 µL per reaction. DCTPP1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-DCTPP1 antibody (Product # A305-795A-T). For blotting immunoprecipitated DCTPP1, Product # A305-794A-T was used at 1:40. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
