- PA1-30296 detects EphA7 from human samples. PA1-30296 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (frozen tissue), immunohistochemistry (paraffin tissue), Western blot, and ELISA applications. The PA1-30296 immunogen is: Synthetic peptide conjugated to KLH, corresponding to amino acids 911-926 of Human Eph A7. Positive Control: NCl-H460 cell lysate. Store at 4ºC short term.
