- Western blot analysis of Uqcrc2 was performed by loading Lane 1-4: Mouse muscle tissue and HT-29 cell, A431 and Jurkat cell lysates (40µg) on to a 8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a Uqcrc2 antibody (Product # PA5-51152) at a 1/400 dilution for 10 seconds, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
