- ATF4 antibody detects ATF4 protein by western blot analysis. Un-treated (-) and treated (+, 4 £gg/ml tunicamycin treatment ) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 £gg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ATF4 antibody (GTX101944) diluted at 1:500.
