- Western Blot analysis of CCR1 using CCR1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112058) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: HEK293 Membrane Lysate, Lane B: 293T Membrane Lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Dylight 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 43 kDa. Observed band size: 43 kDa.

- Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of CCR1 in HESS9 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with CCR1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112058) (1:1000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green).Positive staining was localized to cell membrane.

- Immunoprecipitation of CCR1 was performed on (Lane A) 0.5 mg Jurkat whole cell lysate and (Lane B) 0.5 mg 293T whole cell lysate, using 4 µL of CCR1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112058) at a dilution of 1:100 and 60 µg of Immunomagnetic beads Protein G. A Clean-Blot IP Detection Reagent (HRP) was used as a secondary antibody at a 1:1,000 dilution. Developed using the DAB staining technique and performed under reducing conditions.
