- Immunohistochemistry: paraffin embedded Human Tonsil. (Steamed antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9) stained with ARG63366 anti-RANBP8 / IPO8 antibody at 4 µg/ml dilution followed by HRP-staining. Similar results were obtained after antigen retrieval at pH9.
