- Western blot analysis of RARS was performed by loading Lane 1-4: Hepg2, hela, A172 and MCF7 cell lysates (40µg) on to a 6% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a RARS antibody (Product # PA5-51247) at a 1/400 dilution for 20 seconds, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
