Experimental details

Detection of IL-18/IL-1F4 Propeptide in Human THP-1 cells by Flow Cytometry. THP-1 human acute monocytic leukemia cells were stained with Mouse Anti-Human IL-18/IL-1F4 Propeptide Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC646R, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC002R, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
