Western Blot Analysis (Representative lot data): Lysates from Jurkat (Lane1), HEK293 (Lane 2), HUVEC(Lane 3), PC12 (Lane 4), A431 (Lane 5), L6 (Lane 6), HepG2 (Lane 7), HeLa (Lane 8) and PC3 (Lane 9) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-Glucose Regulated Protein 94 (1:500 dilution of a previous lot). Proteins were visualized using a donkey anti rabbitsecondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates protein Glucose Regulated Protein 94 (~94 kDa).

Western Blot Analysis (Representative lot data). Jurkat lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-GRP94 (1:500 dilution of this lot). Proteins were visualized using a donkey antirabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates protein GRP94 (~94 kDa).

Immunocytochemistry (Representative image from a previous lot): Rabbit anti-GRP94 localization of GRP94 (green) in HEK293 cells. Blue staining is DAPI which stains the nucleus of the cell. Previous lots of this antibody showed positive testing for immunocytochemistry on HeLa, COS7 and HEK293 cells
