- Western blot analysis of human ES cell lysate (20 ug) was resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with HSP90B1 monoclonal antibody , clone 2H3 (1 : 500). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
