HEK293 lysate (10ug protein in RIPA buffer) overexpressing Human PUM2 with DYKDDDDK tag probed with PUM2 antibody (0.5ug/ml) in Lane A and probed with anti- DYKDDDDK Tag (1/3000) in lane C. Mock-transfected HEK293 probed with PUM2 antibody (1mg/ml) in Lane B. Primary incubations were for 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.

Antibody (1 ug/ml) staining of Human Epstein-Barr virus immortalized lymphoblastoid lysate (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer) with (B) and without (A) blocking with the immunizing peptide. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
