- Western Blot: SREBP2 Antibody [NBP1-71880] - Activation of Srebf pathways in slc16a6a mutant livers. After 45 days of feeding wild-type (WT) and mutant (MUT) animals ketogenic diets (K4 or K12), livers were harvested and analyzed. Immunoblot analysis of Srebf1, Srebf2, Acac, phospho-Ser80 Acac, Hmgcr and Btub (beta-tubulin) (five livers pooled per lane). For Srebf1, an additional nuclear isolation is shown (bottom) because maturation of this transcription factor is not as striking in whole lysates as it is for Srebf2. - Immunoprecipitation: SREBP2 Antibody [NBP1-71880] - Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 ug for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and 293T (T; 50 ug) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SREBP2 antibody used for WB at 0.4 ug/ml (A) and 1 ug/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. SREBP2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SREBP2 antibody, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 30 seconds (B).
