- Western blot analysis of EpoR in UT‚7 human acute myeloid leukemia cell line. Samples were incubated in EpoR monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23824) using a dilution of 2 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. For additional reference, PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human Erythropoietin R Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. A specific band was detected for Erythropoietin R at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
