- Western blot analysis was performed on tissue extracts of Mouse Liver (Lane 1), Mouse Brain (Lane 4), Rat Brain (Lane 5), whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of RSC96 (Lane 2) and PC-12 (Lane 3). The blot was probed with Anti-Biliverdin Reductase Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA1-26089, 1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A 33 kDa band corresponding to Biliverdin Reductase was detected across the cell lines and tissues tested.
