 - Detection of human NCoR by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NCoR antibody A301-145A (lot A301-145A-2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. NCoR was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NCoR antibody A301-146A. For blotting immunoprecipitated NCoR, A301-145A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

 - Localization of NCoR Binding Sites by ChIP-sequencing. Chromatin from K562 cells was immunoprecipitated with anti-NCoR antibody (Product # A301-145A) and analyzed by DNA sequencing. The figure illustrates the peak distribution of NCoR binding within a 650 Kb region of the human X chromosome as detected using anti-NCoR antibody (Product # A301-145A).
