 - Western Blot: NCOR1 Antibody [NB100-58824] - Detection of Human and Mouse NCoR by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 ug) from HeLa and (50 ug) from mouse NIH3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NCoR antibody NB100-58824 used for WB at 0.04 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

 - Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing: NCOR1 Antibody [NB100-58824] - Localization of NCoR Binding Sites by ChIP-sequencing. Chromatin from K562 cells was immunoprecipitated with anti-NCoR antibody NB100-58824 and analyzed by DNA sequencing. The figure illustrates the peak distribution of NCoR binding within a 650 Kb region of the human X chromosome as detected using anti-NCoR antibody NB100-58824. ChIP-seq validation performed by Diogenode, Denville, NJ.
