Chromatin from K562 cells was immunoprecipitated with anti-NCoR antibody NB100-58824 and analyzed by DNA sequencing. The figure illustrates the peak distribution of NCoR binding within a 650 Kb region of the human X chromosome as detected using anti-NCoR antibody NB100-58824.
