- Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects human TNF RI in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, less than 0.02% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) TNF-alpha , recombinant mouse (rm) TNF-alpha , recombinant porcine TNF-alpha , recombinant rat TNF-alpha , rhTNF-beta , rmsTNF RI, rhsTNF RII, and rmsTNF RII is observed.
