Experimental details

Total cell lysates (15µg protein) from THP-1, HeLa and NIH3T3 were resolved by 4-12% Bis-Tris gel electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with 1µg/mL purified anti- NF-κB2 antibody (clone W16082A) antibody (upper). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rat-IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP (cat#405405) and chemiluminescence detection. Direct-Blot™ HRP anti-β-actin Antibody was used as a loading control (lower). Lane M: MW ladder.
