- Western Blot of rabbit anti-ACSS2 antibody. Lane 1: MW ladder (opal pre-stained). Lane 2: HEPG2 WCL. Load: 10 ug per lane. Primary antibody: ACSS2 antibody at 1:1000 for overnight at 4°C. Secondary antibody: rabbit secondary HRP antibody at 1:70,000 for 30 min at RT. Block: BlockOut 30 min at RT. Predicted/Observed size: expect 76 kDa for ACSS2 protein.
