- Rat CXCL3/CINC-2 alpha/beta Antibody
- Antibody type
- Polyclonal
- Description
- Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects rat CXCL3/CINC-2 alpha/beta in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, almost 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat (rr) CINC-2 alpha is observed, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) MIP-2 is observed, 35% cross-reactivity with rmKC is observed, 15% cross-reactivity with rrCINC-1 is observed, and 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-8, rhGRO alpha , rhGRO beta , and rhGRO gamma is observed.

- Experimental details
- Chemotaxis Induced by CXCL3/CINC-2 beta and Neutral-ization by Rat CXCL3/ CINC-2 alpha/beta Antibody. Recombinant Rat CXCL3/ CINC-2 beta (Catalog # 517-CB) chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with human CXCR2 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Rat CXCL3/ CINC-2 beta (0.05 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Rat CXCL3/ CINC-2 alpha/beta Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF517). The ND50 is typically 0.4-2.0 µg/mL.
