- Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects rat CXCL2/GRO beta/MIP-2/CINC-3 in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, less than 0.5% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat (rr) CINC-2 beta is observed and less than 0.1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) MIG, rmMIP-2, rrCINC-1, and rrCINC-2 alpha is observed.
