- Cell Proliferation Induced by Betacellulin/BTC and Neutralization by Mouse Betacellulin/BTC Antibody. Recombinant Mouse Betacellulin/BTC (Catalog # 1025-CE) stimulates proliferation in the Balb/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Mouse Betacellulin/BTC (2 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Mouse Betacellulin/ BTC Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1025). The ND50 is typically 0.1-0.4 µg/mL.
