Experimental details

Western blot analysis of recombinant human Betacellulin (lane 1), recombinant mouse Betacellulin (lane 2), A431 (lane 3), MCF-7 (lane 4), and U251 (lane 5). Anti- Betacellulin antibody (clone A15008E) was used, followed by HRP anti-mouse IgG antibody. α-Tubulin antibody (clone AA13) was used as a loading control. Please note this antibody works better under non-reducing conditions for western blotting. Please make sure there is no DTT or beta-Mercaptoethanol in your cell lysate or sample buffer.
