- Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects endogenous human, mouse, and rat CK1 gamma in Western blots. In Western blots, the immunogen is derived from a region of human CK1 gamma that is 97% to 98% identical to human CK1 gamma 2 and CK1 gamma 3, so all three isoforms should be detected.

- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat Casein Kinase 1 gamma by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human, mouse and rat brain tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Casein Kinase 1 gamma Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3186) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). Specific bands were detected for CK1 gamma isoforms at approximately 45 to 51 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

- Casein Kinase 1 gamma in Human Brain. Casein Kinase 1 gamma was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human brain (substantia nigra) using Sheep Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Casein Kinase 1 gamma Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3186) at 3 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS019) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
