Flow Cytometry: CD4 Antibody (CT-4) [FITC] [NBP1-28267] - Chicken peripheral blood mononuclear cells were double stained with mouse anti-chicken CD4-R-PE and mouse anti-chicken CD3- FITC (Clone CT-3). Small lymphocytes were then gated and analyzed on a flow cytometer (BDIS, San Jose, CA).
