Description

Tenatumomab is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting tenascin-C, an extracellular matrix glycoprotein overexpressed in the tumor stroma of many solid tumors (e.g., glioblastoma, breast cancer). It binds to tenascin-C to inhibit its role in tumor cell migration, angiogenesis, and immune evasion. It is being developed as a therapeutic agent, often in combination with chemotherapy or radiotherapy, for the treatment of advanced cancers.
