- The species specificity was tested with western blot using 5mg/lane BHM, 10mg/lane HHM, HLM, RLM, MLM, and 20mg/lane HepG2 cells as materials. CII-Ip 30kDa subunit mAb was used as internal standard since it works with all the tested species. The high background of rat/mouse sample is due to minimum amount of immunoglobulin in the samples which reacts with 2nd antibody (goat-anti-mouse) directly.
