- Immunohistochemical analysis of SMAD6 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human lung. Samples were incubated in SMAD6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-41026) using a dilution of 5 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by Anti-Rabbit IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody. Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Nuclear staining was localized to the pneumocytes.
