- Western blot of human recombinant GFP-PDE5A with PDE5A (GTX14672) and Phospho-PDE5A antibodies. Overexpressing cells were treated with or with out ANP. Antibody dilution 1:500 in DiluObuffer. The blot was stripped with StripObuffer and re-probed with Phospho-PDE5A antibody
