- Western blot analysis of tissue lysate of mouse brain (30 ug) was resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with PSPH monoclonal antibody , clone 3G12 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1093). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
