BNP immunoreactivity measurements in fractions after proteins from plasma of HF patients were separated by gel-filtration on Superdex Peptide column (GEHealthcare). One representative plasma sample. BNP immunoreactivity was measured by 50E126-32-24C511-17 assay (- -). The first peak corresponds to proBNP, the second corresponds to BNP form.
