Immunoprecipitation: BRD4 Antibody [NBP1-18874] - Detection of human BRD4 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BRD4 antibody NBP1-18874 used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. BRD4 was also immunoprecipitated by a different rabbit anti-BRD4 antibody and rabbit anti-BRD4 recombinant monoclonal antibody [BL-149-2H5] (NBP2-76393). For blotting immunoprecipitated BRD4, NBP2-76393 was used at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time time of 1 seconds.
