- Immunocytochemichal analysis of PRG2 in U251 cells using a Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112670) at a dilution of 1:100. An Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) secondary antibdoy was used.

- Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) analysis of PRG2 in paraffin-embedded human breast cancer. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30 min at RT, then the primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The sample was incubated with a PRG2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112670) at a dilution of 1:100, followed by a goat anti-rabbit IgG labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
