- Western blot testing of 1) rat lung, 2) human HepG2, 3) A549 and 4) SW620 lysate with FRA2 antibody. Theoretical molecular weight ~35 kDa but observed at ~46 kDa (likely a highly phosphorylated form-see Ref 1).
