- Experimental details
- Detection of Serpin G1/C1 Inhibitor by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human lung tissue and human ovary tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Serpin G1/C1 Inhibitor Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2488) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Serpin G1/C1 Inhibitor at approximately 100 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
