Polyclonal Antibody to Ipaf/Clan/CARD12/NLRC4 specifically recognizes NLRCR4, but not closely related NLR family members NOD1 and NOD2. HEK293T cells transiently transfected with with human NOD1, NOD or NLRC4 c-myc plasmids were IPd with a c-myc antibody followed by western blot with the Polyclonal Antibody to Ipaf/Clan/CARD12/NLRC4 NLRC4 antibody.
