- Immunocytochemistry analysis of IL-3 in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) (positive staining) and HL&-60 human acute promyelocytic leukemia cell line (negative staining). Samples were incubated in IL-3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46918) using a dilution of 15 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.

- Neutralization of IL-3 in TF‚1 human erythroleukemic cell line. Samples were incubated in IL-3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46918). Recombinant Human IL‚3 stimulates proliferation in the TF‚1 human erythroleukemic cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human IL‚3 (1.25 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human IL‚3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 0.05‚0.25 µg/mL.
