- JAB1 antibody Western blot. All lanes: Anti JAB1 at 0.5 ug/ml. Lane 1: Rat Testis Tissue Lysate at 50 ug. Lane 2: Mouse Testis Tissue Lysate at 50 ug. Lane 3: HELA Whole Cell Lysate at 40 ug. Lane 4: 293T Whole Cell Lysate at 40 ug. Predicted band size: 38 kD. Observed band size: 38 kD.

- ICC analysis of JAB1 using anti-JAB1 antibody. JAB1 was detected in immunocytochemical section of A431 cell. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in citrate buffer (pH6, epitope retrieval solution) for 20 mins. The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue section was then incubated with 1µg/ml rabbit anti-JAB1 Antibody overnight at 4°C. Biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. The tissue section was developed using Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex (SABC) with DAB as the chromogen.
