Experimental details

Total cell lysates from untreated Jurkat cells (Lane 1) or Jurkat cells treated with PMA and calcium ionophore (Lane 2) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified monoclonal anti-Nur77 (clone 1E10A15) antibody. Proteins were visualized using an anti-mouse-IgG secondary conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection.
