- Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects porcine IL-4 in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant feline IL-4 is observed and less than 0.5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-4, recombinant canine IL-4, recombinant cotton rat IL-4, recombinant mouse (rm) IL-4, and recombinant rat (rr) IL-4 is observed.
