Description

MA1-18401 detects p75NTR from human, mouse, rat, and Guinea Pig samples. MA1-18401 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, flow cytometry and Western blot procedures. The MA1-18401 immunogen is the extracellular domain of human p75NTR. This product is not recommended for denaturing WB applications or paraffin embedded tissues. After reconstitution keep aliquots at -20ºC for a higher stability, and at 4ºC with an appropriate antibacterial agent. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitute with 100 ul of distilled water.
