- Cell Proliferation Induced by IL-24 and Neutralization by Human IL-24 Antibody. Recombinant Human IL-24 (Catalog # 1965-IL) stimulates proliferation in the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line co-transfected with human IL-20 R alpha and IL-20 R beta in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human IL-24 (2 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human IL-24 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1965). The ND50 is typically 0.2-0.6 µg/mL.
