- Western blot analysis of CLEC4D was performed by loading Lane1: Human fetal kidney tissue lysate Lane2: Jurkat cell lysates (30µg) on to a 12+10% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a CLEC4D antibody (Product # PA5-49700) at a 1/1100 dilution for 30 seconds, followed by Goat anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1/10000 dilution.
