- Immunoprecipitation analysis of Acetyl-SMC2 (Lys114) which was performed by incubating 2.5 µg/mL of Acetyl-SMC2 (Lys114) Raji lysate containing 200 µg total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads, the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. Samples were incubated with Acetyl-SMC2 (Lys114) Monoclonal Antibody (KT183) (Product # MA5-49500) with a dilution of 1µg/mL, followed by peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Lane 1: Raji lysate; Lane 2: SMC2 immunoprecipitated from Raji lysate by KT183; Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but with an IgG isotype control antibody. Result: MA5-49502 can immunoprecipitate SMC2.
