Experimental details

Uteroglobin/SCGB1A1 in Human Lung. Uteroglobin/SCGB1A1 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human lung using 15 ug/ml Human Uteroglobin/SCGB1A1 Monoclonal Antibody overnight at 4°C. Before incubation with the primary antibody tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic. Tissue was stained with Anti-Rat HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific labeling was localized to the cytoplasm of bronchiolar Clara cells.
