Experimental details

Immunohistochemical analysis of Eotaxin 2 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human skin. Samples were incubated in Eotaxin 2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47486) using a dilution of 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained with the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).

Experimental details

Neutralization of Eotaxin 2 in BaF3 mouse pro‚B cell line transfected with mouse CCR3. Samples were incubated in Eotaxin 2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47486). Recombinant Human CCL24/Eotaxin‚2 chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro‚B cell line transfected with mouse CCR3 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin. Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Human CCL24/Eotaxin‚2 (0.1 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human CCL24/Eotaxin‚2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 0.5-2.5 µg/mL.
